Returns & Refunds
Cramp is complicated. Returning stuff shouldn’t be.
We’re confident you’ll love PickleUp. But if something’s not right, we’ll fix it.
Can I Return My Pickle Shots?
Because our products are consumable, we can’t accept returns on opened or used items (makes sense, right?). But if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to scratch we can replace it or refund you, no questions asked.
What We Can Refund or Replace
- Damaged items (bottle leaks etc.)
- Incorrect orders (we sent the wrong stuff…oops!)
- Orders lost in transit
- You accidentally ordered 1,000 boxes instead of 10 (happens more than you’d think)
What We Can’t Refund
- Used products
- Change of mind after opening
- Cramp that’s clearly caused by poor stretching (sorry, but we had to say it)
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Just email us within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A quick description (and photo if it’s damaged)
- What you’d like us to do (refund or resend)
We’ll sort it out quickly, usually within 1–2 working days.
How Refunds Work
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank, but it’s usually 3–5 working days after we’ve confirmed it.
