As a way of bonding


Do you have any rituals, habits, or superstitions before training or competing?

Particular about timings of when I eat, what I eat, when I drink, how I warm up. More of a routine than a superstition.


What would your teammates/friends say you’re known for outside of your sport?

Owning a PT facility, being heavily into health & fitness


What’s been your most memorable (or unusual) moment in a competition?

Outside of football, running a marathon with no training


Have you got any nightmare cramp stories? And how did you deal with the cramp?

Used to always suffer with calf cramps. Have to wear shinpad sleeves that are baggy so my calfs aren’t restricted. Cramped up on my biceps running the marathon so spent the last 10k running with straight arms


What big goal are you working towards next?

Keeping injury free after years of injuries
